That's when the Sanctuary was born—not as a place, but as a practice. A way to come home to myself, even when everything around me was chaos. A gentle anchor in the storm.
I started writing these practices down, first for myself, then for friends who were struggling too. The chapters grew. The wisdom deepened. And before I knew it, I had created something that felt like a gift worth sharing.
